Certified Payment Processing Rolls Out Online Recruiting Initiative

Certified Payment Processing (CPP), a full-service provider of electronic payment processing equipmentand merchant services, has seen significant growth in the past few years. And with that growth comes the need for more outside sales representatives in local communities throughout the country.

“We saw a fifteen percent  increase in new merchant activation last year,” says Tony Norrie, Vice President and General Manager. “In addition, equipment installations were up thirty percent. Our business is growing and we are looking for creative, innovative ways to find the best talent to work with us.”

The CPP recruiting efforts now includes a new web presence. The site provides extensive information about career opportunities, details about the Merchant Sales Consultant (MSC) position, as well as the benefits of working in the credit card processing industry. CPP hires for two direct sales entities –TransTech Merchant Group and Summit Merchant Solutions.

A professional video featuring Norrie was produced to introduce inquirers and candidates to the industry and the company. Norrie, who began his career as a commissioned outside sales representative, offers proven insights into what it takes to be successful and talks specifically about the advantages of working with CPP. In addition, CPP is using social media such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube to locate and hire qualified professionals. More online training and informational videos are planned for the site in the future.
